This program was founded by the most recognized social media influencers world-wide who have a combined list of 10 Million subscribers and well over 1 Billion views. This systemmade me swear off YouTube for good, because it uses some of the same skills in a much more powerful and profitable way!įor now let’s hop into all things Viral Academy! We’ll talk about whether YouTube is the right online business model for you.Īt the end, I’ll answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding Viral Academy and YouTube in general.Īnd most importantly, I’ll show you the exact system I used to build my own internet marketing business to over $40,000 a month in mostly passive income. We’re going to review Viral Academy to decide if it really is the best YouTube course out there. Viral Academy does come with some very helpful information to make money online and land some massive YouTube checks. And while we have to be honest for this review… Not only that, but a course like this gives people the hope that they can make money online. One of the main selling points of Viral Academy ironically is that entertainment is a high demand skill. You might even have to put up an ad for this on different platforms to get interest…YIKES! It shows you how to make “viral” YouTube videos…but you have to do all the searching and editing yourself. To put it simply it’s basically a how to course. Do youtube because it's a fun hobby, work your hardest, improve your videos and maybe, one day, you'll have tremendous success. It’s another one of those making money online courses that is centered around sales. Also, as others have said, don't do youtube for the sole purpose of going viral or being famous, it doesn't happen quick to most people and you wont have fun on the platform. Overall, I do think this is a good video but there is room for improvement. I think color correcting could make the videos even more aesthetically appealing. I also did like the close ups of the food, it was some very nice cinematography. I don't think that you absolutely need a stabilizer, the video didn't seem very shaky to me (I watched it first before reading the post). I would suggest more excitement or emotion in the voiceover, but I believe that will come with more experience and as you get more comfortable with your voice. Usually, a viral video is hilariously funny or extremely interesting because most people wouldn't be able to do it (like a Crea Tyler), and not even all hilarious or interesting videos go viral. I don't think a video like this would go viral. My goal was to keep the viewer engaged and hopefully I did so. I also think my title needs to elicit more emotion. Some of my shots are kinda shaky and I need to invest in a stabilizer. Hearing my own voice still makes me uncomfortable, so my delivery isn't that confident. I picked up a lot of ambient sound and wish I had a directional mic instead. Self Review: I am unhappy with some of the audio. How much potential do you see in the video going viral? What would you change to make it more entertaining? Where can I improve? What should I do so you would share it? My intended audience are people who are fans of Vlogs and Infotainment. I tried to follow all of their tips from using humor, having a good thumbnail, title, hook etc. One of the "traits" of virality that Jumpcut touched on was Infotainment, and I focused on using that trait. The video I am submitting was shot and edited with the intent for it to go viral. For this video I tried out the methods and techniques that they were preaching on. This year I decided to give it another shot and become more serious about it. However, you really need to have self-discipline to stay on track. I joined Jumpcut Academy last year when it launched and I had high expectations. My day job is a Video Journalist, so I figured my abilities could transfer to YouTube. I am an aspiring YouTube creator in the beginning stages of growing my channel. Thank you in advance for checking out my post.
